Consultation
We begin every project with a consultation with you to understand your vision and the outcomes you want for your project including budget and schedule. First a sales representative will meet with you to document your vision, details about the project and your home. If plans have been completed, we will request a copy to thoroughly review them. After this consultation our design team will work to discover deficiencies in scope, identify areas that may limit integration options and review alternatives that may enhance the product life expectancy or value.
Estimate
A scope of work is finalized and estimate work begins. During the estimate process we identify and obtain current pricing for all equipment, materials and labor needed to make your vision become reality. We identify opportunities for value engineering to save you dollars. Once completed, you will meet with your sales representative, the lead install technician, and the designer to review and finalize any changes or additions to the scope of work or estimate. The lead technician will talk to you about the installation to understand your specific concerns or needs. An installation date will be scheduled.
Installation
Based on your estimate meeting, the lead install technician begins planning your installation. Everything needed for your installation will be ordered and your concerns or needs will be incorporated into the installation plan. Our team will arrive on time prepared to complete a professional install. Once completed, inspection begins.
Inspection
We have invested heavily in inspection and testing equipment to ensure your system will function as designed. Our technicians will thoroughly test all systems and demonstrate functionality if you are available.
